Welcome to Woodside Lodge, A brand new purpose built Eco Lodge rooted in the heart of Harewood Estate woodland with plenty of paths to explore.
The drive to the cottage winds itself through the Woodland (and in some places uneven road) for about a mile, taking in breathtaking views of Harewood House and lake and passing an old stone bridge, ponds, waterfalls and often plenty of wildlife to be seen en route .
As you tun the corner, Woodside Lodge sits first on the right before Woodside cottage where you will find ample parking for 3 cars and an EV point.
A stone flagged path leads to the front door and into the Entrance Hall where to the left in the original stone part of the building are the Master Bedroom has a high Apex ceiling and original beams. The bed is a fixed King size bed and then through to the ensuite with walk in shower.
Back into the entrance hall, the family bathroom with shower over the bath is immediately in front of you.
Turn right up a few steps now into the new building, to a further two bedrooms, one to the left and one to the right, both with Zip / Link Super King beds that can be set as twins.
Go through into an open plan living / dining space. A modern kitchen fitted with, Integrated fridge freezer, breakfast bar and 4 bar stools. full size dishwasher, 4 burner induction hob with down draft extraction, built in oven and microwave. Other modern appliances include a Nespresso vertuo machine and milk frother and Washer dryer.
The dining area has a modern table with bench seating for 6 people and the living area has a 45” Smart TV and comfortable sofa seating with a modern log burner.
Full height glass windows and doors dominate two sides of the lodge, leading out onto a composite decking edged with Glass Balustrading, giving outstanding views of the surrounding Woodland and Lakes. Relax on the ample Rattan corner seating area
Steps lead down to an additional outside paved area boasts a wood fired Hot Tub, Charcoal BBQ, Fire pit and outdoor dining table and Chairs for 6 people.
