Are your properties family friendly?

Very much so. We can supply travel cots and high chairs on request. All our properties include a selection of games and puzzles. Most have safe enclosed gardens. Your complementary access to Harewood House Trust during your stay gives you use of a huge adventure playground, trips on our chain ferry and entry to our bird garden and animals farm. Plenty to keep the children occupied!

Are your cottages dog friendly?

We welcome guests with dogs in the majority of our properties. We charge £5 extra per night and request a maximum of 2 pets per property. We also ask that they do not go upstairs or on sofas.

Do your properties offer disabled access?

Bramble Cottage is an ideal property for guests with mobility needs and has wheelchair access

How do we find the properties? Do we come to the main Harewood Entrance?

Our properties are accessed via the Weardley Entrance to the Estate, please DO NOT enter via the main arch entrance in Harewood village as you will not be able to reach them this way. We will provide detailed directions with your booking confirmation.

What provisions are provided in the properties?

Each stay includes a welcome hamper of Harewood and other local produce, and a selection of ethical ecofriendly premium toiletries.

Where are the nearest nearest shops, pubs, doctors, vets etc?

All of this information is provided within your welcome pack in each cottage.

What else is there to do in the surrounding area?

We’re ideally situated in the heart of Yorkshire and the perfect location to explore the surrounding areas of West and North Yorkshire. Leeds, Harrogate, York, Wetherby, Otley, Ilkley, the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the North York Moors National Park are all within easy reach for day trips. See your welcome pack in the cottage for further suggestions.

What else is included with our stay?

Complementary access to Harewood House Trust, towels and bed linen, all heating and electric costs, coverage from our 24-hour on-site security team, and access to rubbish/recycling facilities.

Do we ask for a deposit?

We ask for a 25% deposit to secure your booking. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations within 21 days of the arrival date. Bookings made within 21 days of arrival will require full payment at the time of booking.
